How much does an AI front desk cost in Malaysia?
Most chatbot tools charge their own fee per message or per conversation, so your bill jumps exactly when you get busy. ChatOwl adds no per-message charge of its own. You pay one flat monthly fee in Ringgit, and the done-for-you setup, normally RM1,000, is on us. We cover the Meta WhatsApp fee up to your plan limit, then pass it on at cost, about 6 sen a message. What you’re really paying for is a front desk that answers your customers around the clock, gives them a real price range on the spot, holds a pending visit request until you approve, and drops every lead into an app on your phone, so you stop losing after-hours enquiries to whoever replied first. How much does an AI front desk cost in Malaysia?
ChatOwl is a flat monthly fee in Ringgit: Starter RM299, Pro RM499, Business RM999. Setup and training are free, and we add no per-message or per-conversation charges of our own. We also cover the Meta WhatsApp fee up to a monthly limit on each plan, then pass it on at cost, about 6 sen a message.
Is there a setup fee?
Done-for-you setup is normally RM1,000, and agencies often charge RM2,000 to RM4,000 for similar work. It’s free on every plan during our launch, and prepaying a year locks that in for good.
What is the Founding 10 offer?

Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. It’s month to month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is optional, saves you two months, and locks your price.
Do I pay more as I get busier?
Not on our side: your plan fee stays the same, and each plan covers a generous monthly volume on fair use. The one exception is the Meta fee for WhatsApp replies, which starts on 1 October 2026. We cover it up to 2,000 messages a month on Starter, 3,000 on Pro and 5,000 on Business, then pass it on at cost, about 6 sen a message. If you consistently go well beyond your plan, we will talk to you about the right one before anything changes.
Which plan should I start on?
Most SMEs start on Pro (RM499): photo and floor-plan reading, plus visit times the AI proposes for you to approve in the app. Every plan includes the AI answering inside WhatsApp, once your number is approved by Meta. Starter is great if you mainly want the 24/7 website and WhatsApp AI with quotes. Business adds Instagram, Facebook (once approved) and multiple outlets.
