Does ChatOwl work for my industry?
Yes. ChatOwl is trained on your business, so it handles customer questions for any industry: retail, F&B, clinics, services, e-commerce, renovation and more. If customers ask “how much?”, it can quote too.
How is this different from a normal chatbot?
Normal bots follow button menus and reply “we will get back to you”. ChatOwl is a real AI. It understands free-form questions, reads photos, and gives an actual price estimate.
I don’t have a website. Can I still use ChatOwl?
Yes. Every plan comes with your own chat page and a QR code. Share the link in your Instagram or Facebook bio, and print the QR on flyers, receipts, or your shopfront. Customers scan it and start chatting with your assistant right away. If you do have a website, you can add the same chat there with one line of code.
Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?
Not to start. The AI answers on your website straight away, and customers can reach you on WhatsApp with a click-to-chat button. If you also want the AI answering inside WhatsApp, we set up the official WhatsApp Business API with you. It needs a suitable number and Meta’s business verification, which we guide you through, and it uses the proper API, never grey-market blasting.
How fast can I go live?
Usually within a day once you share your business info and prices. We do the setup for you.
What languages does it speak?
Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese and rojak, all naturally.
Can it book appointments?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. It offers your real open slots, books the job around your working hours and days off, and pings you to confirm.
Where do the enquiries go? Can I reply myself?
Every enquiry lands in an inbox app you install on your phone, with the full chat and the customer’s number. Let the AI handle it, or take over any chat and reply yourself. The AI steps aside the moment you jump in.
Can I cancel anytime?
