What WATI actually costs (checked September 2026)

- Template message fees on the WATI rate card, about 20% above the Meta list price, on top
- The included AI credits help staff draft replies; an AI agent that answers customers (Astra) is extra, from USD 99 a month, and needs Pro or Business
None of that is hidden or unfair; it is the standard DIY-platform model. The real cost is the part not on the pricing page: your hours. Somebody has to build the flows, write the bot answers, keep the price list updated and check why the automation did something odd. On a DIY platform, that somebody is you.
The managed alternative
